Are your flasks leak-proof?

The flasks are 100% leak-proof (with the lid on, of course).

How do I wash the cotton pads?

Cotton pads can be washed in the machine up to 40 degrees. Pop them in the laundry bag provided and tie the top to make sure you don’t lose the little buggers in the drum! They can also be hand-washed in the sink or a bowl if you don’t have anything else to throw in the machine. Add some warm or hot water with a tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda and a splash of white vinegar – leave to soak for a couple of hours, give them a little scrub in the solution and then rinse thoroughly before hanging out to dry.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are currently made in China, we just don’t have the infrastructure in the UK to currently make these at such affordable prices. We never fly our stock to the UK, we only use trains or source excess space in otherwise half-empty shipping containers. There are lots of products in the pipeline at the moment (which we can’t wait to share with you) and we are looking at sourcing a lot more from home where possible.

Are your factories reputable?

We only partner with factories and suppliers who are working to lower their emissions and focus on using sustainable materials rather than depleting ones. We also work closely with our teams at the factories to ensure that the production process is as green as possible. After working in factories in China for many years, it was clear that so much could be done to cut down waste and environmental strain through manufacturing standards. And now I feel really lucky that I can start implementing changes to these standards.
